  • Navigate to Project Settings - Apps

    • left of the page

  • You should see a list of the left of screen as shown below

  • Scroll down to the bottom of the list and click ‘Shift Roster’

  • Select the users timezone - the default value is the timezone that the user is in according to Jira

  • Fill in the users shift details and permissions

  • Once the user has been added to the shift roster app you will be able to manage their shifts by clicking on their name
