Which users can be added to Shifto?

Shifto can only be accessed by licensed Jira users. Jira typically stores licensed users in one of the following groups and this is where Shifto looks for users:

  • jira-servicedesk-users

  • jira-servicemanagement-users

  • jira-software-users

  • jira-administrators

  • administrators

 

To view your Jira instance's groups please do the following (note that this requires admin access):

  1. Click the settings icon on the top left of the screen

     

  2. Click User Management

 

3. Select Groups

4. All groups will then be shown in a table
