Configuration guide
Note that this guide requires admin access to a project in your Jira instance

Navigate to Project Settings - found on the bottom left of the page
You should see a list of the left of screen as shown below
Scroll down to the bottom of the list and click ‘Shift Roster’
Click ‘Add User’
Select the desired user (Users not showing up? - view this guide to find out which users can be added to Jira, alternatively contact us at support@raven-shift.atlassian.net or via our helpdesk)
Select the users timezone - the default value is the timezone that the user is in according to Jira
Fill in the users shift details and permissions
Click ‘Next’
From here you can add another shift or exit the onboarding process
Once the user has been added to the shift roster app you will be able to manage their shifts by clicking on their name
Navigate back to the Project
Click on the ‘Shift Roster’ icon
You will now be able to see the users' shifts
